At Envolve, we are continuously developing better ways to serve our residents and owners, with particular focus on five key areas that serve to lift up and sustain communities: Community Engagement, Education & Training, Health & Wellness, Character & Leadership, and Environmental Stewardship. Depending on the need, our Community Managers independently manage programs that fall under these categories.
In collaboration with Community Managers, nonprofit partners, and faith-based organizations, and in alignment with Fannie Mae, Operation HOPE, and HUD sustainable housing guidelines and initiatives, we are proud to offer some or all of the following services at our properties.

Envolve Resident Lunch Program
What started out as a way to help small businesses during the uncertain times of COVID-19 has blossomed into a lunch program that fosters community fellowship. Each quarter, Envolve selects several of its communities to treat to lunch (which includes all residents and staff)—but instead of patronizing a chain restaurant, a locally-owned restaurant is always chosen.
Envolve is committed to providing tools and resources to help employees and residents improve their overall health and wellness. In partnership with a personal trainer (Travis Hill of Montgomery, AL), wellness tips are sent out on a weekly basis via email. These include physical workouts demonstrated in videos, healthy recipes, and motivational messages—along with the opportunity for interaction with Travis through Q&A (and some healthy competition through wellness challenges)! Best of all, this service is provided to Envolve's employees and residents absolutely free of charge.
Envolve’s corporate 501(c)(3) makes donations to and partners with organizations that work to improve the lives of Envolve residents and the communities in which they live. Additionally, the Get Envolved Foundation matches team member donations of up to $250 per year to qualified non-profit organizations of their choosing. To support this effort, Envolve also allows 16 volunteer hours away from work so its team members can make a difference through charitable organizations near and dear to their hearts.
At Envolve, we believe that an engaged community is a healthy community, and we designed our resident services accordingly. Our resident service programs are driven internally and in conjunction with public and private organizations whose mission aligns with our residents’ goals.
